Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Transforming Psyche, we are committed to delivering meaningful and transformative experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and services.

1. Session Cancellations

If you have booked a session (therapy, coaching, or consultation), please note the following:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged in full.

We kindly ask you to respect our time as we reserve your session exclusively for you.

2. Workshops, Courses, and Events

For group programs, workshops, or online courses:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees, if applicable).

  • Cancellations within 3–6 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time.

If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session/event.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable products (eBooks, guided meditations, recorded courses, etc.):

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been purchased and delivered.

Please ensure you review the product details before purchasing. If you face technical issues accessing your content, we’re happy to assist you.

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Refund will be credited within 4-8 business working days.
